Our Grief Coaching Sessions offer a compassionate, grounded space to help you process loss at your own pace. Together, we will gently explore your emotions, hold space for what has changed, and create supportive ways to move forward with clarity and self-trust.
While every session is unique, we enter each session with similar goals in mind:

Making space for memories, unresolved feelings, and the many layers of your loss story.
Navigating your present
Identifying what feels heavy right now, building emotional awareness, and finding tools for day-to-day support.
Embracing your future
Reconnecting with hope, meaning, identity, and the life you are still becoming.
These sessions never about “moving on”, nor are they ever focused on “fixing you”, or “solving your grief”, as those are unattainable goals. Our sessions are always focused-on goals which we can achieve: learning how to carry your grief, practicing patience, employing mindfulness, and finding strength and compassion in order to live more fully.
