Introduction
Throughout this course, we will explore the various dimensions of disenfranchised grief, and utilize the understanding we gain from the program modules in order to learn how to extend visibility to those struggling with a disenfranchised grief experience. Unlike “normal grief”, which is something that many can identify with in one way or another, disenfranchised grief presents in the setting of losses which are neither recognized nor validated by society.
