This course was designed to help grief and bereavement professionals, hospice and palliative care staff, and those in adjacent industries who have a general interest in grief support, bereavement care, and Thanatological theory, to better understand the true gravity of how we may assist others in confronting and accepting the reality of their losses - a reality which has a significant impact on the grief and bereavement process, and has, in many cases, proven to be an effective way to facilitate healing after a loss is experienced.
